A valid photo I.D., drivers license or passport must be presented at check-in.

Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Smoking allowed on porch or
backyard).There will be refurbishing charge equal to one night's
stay for those who choose to disregard our indoor smoking policy.
Pets:
We welcome small, (under 18 pounds) well-behaved pets at the inn.
Please call the innkeeper to verify the pet policy prior to booking ($25.00 will be charged for each pet).
Limitations on children staying: (Must be at least 8 years old and be
manageable.) No childcare is provided.
Open all year long. Please, no walk-ins
Credit card number required to place a reservation. Charge made upon arrival.
Check in time is 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to do that for you:
If cancellation is made before 10 days of your arrival date, you will be
charged only $25.00 (service charge per room, per day).
If cancellation is made in less than 10 days, 50% will be charged per
room, per day, plus $25.00 (service charge per room, per day).
If you cancel your stay within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will
be charged for the entire stay.
We also have a policy regarding a "NO SHOW". There is a 100%will
be charged for the entire stay.

Lost keys: Guest who lose keys will be charged $100.00 as the house will
need to be re-keyed.
NO DRUG USE or heavy alcohol use is permitted at ANY TIME.
Open flames: NO candles or open flames are permitted.
